Shipping policy

1. Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. No international shipping is available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $50 (before taxes).

5. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery. PressOutfit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed), we will contact you via email. You may request a reshipment (with additional shipping fees) or a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
