Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return unused, undamaged insulated stainless steel cups and ceramic cups within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@PressOutfit.com with your order number, product photos (if defective), and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship it to our return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 3–5 business days), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement (if available) at no extra cost.
