Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unused, undamaged insulated stainless steel cups and ceramic cups within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@PressOutfit.com with your order number, product photos (if defective), and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship it to our return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 3–5 business days), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement (if available) at no extra cost.
